Returns are very rare at Viro but we promise to deal with them quickly when required.
I’ve ordered the wrong item/I don’t want the item any more
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, it can be returned for a full refund. The item must be packaged in its original packaging and it must arrive back in saleable condition. Please be aware that return carriage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have an account with a courier then Parcel2Go is a good option. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If this option is better for you, please get in touch for a quote. Please be aware that returns are not accepted on bespoke/custom or printed/branded products.
My item has arrived damaged/faulty
You must notify us within three working days if your item arrives damaged, or seven working days if your product is faulty. We require a photo of the damage/fault to be sent to returns@virodisplay.co.uk. Please only send one photo per email due to the size. On receipt of the photo(s) we will arrange a repair/replacement, a partial refund or a full refund depending on the individual scenario. If your item is noticeably damaged on delivery, please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery and get in touch to let us know.
